“Owner was easy to contact & very accommodating! Deck area was very nice! Great for kids! Would highly recommend! Hoping we can stay again!”

“The place was good for our needs. If you want to eat at the property is has the essential cooking utensils, but it does not the amenties that you might need. I would recommend your choice of coffee and they do have a Keurig! They have some coffee, Sweet & Low, and some creamers available. All in All it was a good place to stay.Thank you Cortney!Paricia Kelley”

“This was the perfect place for our family of five to use while visiting University of the South!! We weren’t able to take advantage of the hot tub or kayaks but we did wander the property and take advantage of the beautiful water views.Make sure to visit the Sunrise Cafe while you are there! Order a plate of cinnamon role pancakes for the table!! Delicious.”

“The host was very friendly and responsive! Clean house, Air conditioning thermostat was confusing but all in all it was adequate!”

“This property was perfect. Everything was so close and so convenient to the home. The host was amazing. We had the best time and can’t wait to come back.”

“Awesome week at the lake! We enjoyed our 3-generations trip to beautiful Tim's Ford. The house is has an amazing water location. We spent so much time outside at the dock and boating - our in-laws were super happy to be able to dock for the week - convenient! The house has all the amenities and supplies you need for a week of fun, just bring your suits. Andy was a master host - checking in and ensuring we had everything we needed, super helpful. Highly recommend this property for a week of...

“great hosts and location!”

“This is going to be my go to spot for all Caverns shows. Comfy, spacious and perfect for my crew of 4. The cafe attached was a nice bonus!”

“The home was just what we needed. Great location for shoes at the Caverns. We enjoyed the covered back deck and seeing the deer that popped up in the yard. It was a great stay!”

“Clean, modern, well-appointed Tiny Mojo house! The kitchen had everything one needs to cook also--- even a small crackpot and barware for drinks. House was orderly and fresh upon our arrival, and our host proactively kept in touch throughout our stay. Comfy furniture, pillows, and blankets (if chilly.) Screen porch had a table for four for meals or games, as well as a couch, large chair, and ottoman for reading or lounging if one wanted outdoor breezes. A very nice stay!”

“The property was clearly updated and a lot has been done to the property. It was very clean, space was perfect for me and my wife. All the touches, exterior lighting, fire pit, and much more. We would stay there again for sure. The only negative feedback at all would be the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable for my wife. She said it felt lumpy and had to move to the sofa our first night. Then we switched to a different room.”

“The property is even better in person than the description. It is cozy home that leaves you with a mixed feeling of country charm and modern efficiency. I loved the two porches which provided space for two couples. All basic amenities were provided. The owners were available if needed and gracious. Walking distance to the Jack Daniels Distillery and town square. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Great proximity to the college with ample parking.”

“I did not have a good experience booking this property through Expedia. Communication with the host was a challenge, the property was not ready for check-in - had to sit and wait on cleaning crew to finish. Shower liner in bathroom had mold and mildew stains and when I messaged the host, I received an AI generated response just saying "Thanks for letting us know." There was no effort to replace the liner during our stay or apply a discount when requested. Also, we were not provided with the...
