“The location, size, facilities and accuracy were all amazing. The kids loved the pool with the slide, hard to get them out of the water ! Owner was on hand whenever we needed anything. GREAT !”

“Friendly and attentive Christian and Stefano were available when we needed them for advice or help but also respectful of our privacy. The accommodation was perfect for our family holiday and a short drive to great sights, beaches and restaurants. The little nearby town was great for the kids to explore when they weren’t jumping in the crystal clear pool (reaching a high of 27 degrees in the summer, but obviously not late season!) Highly recommended ”

“The house is as described. It is one half of a house, that is rented as well, so there can be other people around. A downside is that the house is up a steep hill. The road is small and needs some courage, but is totally do-able. We mostly drove by car instead of walking up and down. An upside is the cute neighbours cat, which visites occasionally. The landlady is very kind and even asked during the stay if everything is alright. All in all a great stay 👍”

“Good apartment with shared beautiful pool. Great location for sightseeing local surroundings and quaint villages and convenient for visit to Teatro de silencio for Bocelli concert. Small kitchen but adequate and bbq in garden with seating perfect for hot summer evenings. ”

“Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, wir hatten alles was wir brauchen.Unser Highlight war der Pool, sehr gepflegt und einladend. Die meiste Zeit haben wir dort verbracht, wenn wir nicht in der Umgebung unterwegs waren. Wir hatten zu jeder Zeit super Kontakt zum Gastgeber wenn nötig.Gerne wieder, es war eine entspannte Woche.”

“Looks old but is new construction with solar panels and wonderful kitchen, each bedroom is a suite -all with traditional Tuscan decor. It is situated in a private olive grove. Not all GPS will find the exact address. The villa is 5 mins from groceries + shopping. Franceso answered our calls quickly and was friendly +accommodating. We did day trips to all majorTuscan sites- amazing location.”

“Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Wenn es ein Problem gab, hat sich die Managerin Tiziana gekümmert. Übergabe lief ohne Probleme. Wir waren mit der Großfamilie da und für alle Altersgruppen gab es hier Angebote. ”

“Wir waren im absolut heißen Hochsommer hier im Haus und daher sehr dankbar für dieses tolle Ferienhaus mit Pool und Klimaanlage. Für uns war das Haus nahezu perfekt, genau die richtige Größe, nicht zu klein und nicht zu groß, ein toller Garten mit Pool, eine hohe Hecke, dadurch komplett uneinsichtig (die Kinder konnten auch mal nackig rumspringen) und absolut ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche könnte eventuell etwas größer sein und die Betten sind relativ hart, aber mehr gibt es unserer...

“Wir hatten in dem Haus eine super Zeit. Es ist ruhig gelegen, sehr groß und komfortabel. Die Zimmer haben bis auf eins jedes ein eigenes Bad was wirklich praktisch ist. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight an dem Haus vor allem bei sehr heißem Wetter. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt und es hat zwei große Kühlschränke wo ausreichend Platz ist. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und ist per Handy super erreichbar bei eventuell auftretenden Problemen. Etwas schwierig ist die Zufahrt zum Haus, da es...

“Desideria’s lovely beach house was the perfect base for a week of swimming, sun, and sand. The house is extremely well equipped with everything you might need. We enjoyed a lovely seafood welcome dinner with spaghetti alle vongole and branzino. Don’t miss La Pineta, Michelin starred restaurant with fantastic seven course seafood menu. Day trips to Isle of Elba and Cinque Terre, Puccini’s home in Torre del Lago all outstanding despite the heat! Bolgheri wineries and wines are sensational! Great...
