“My parents, my toddler, and I stayed at the guesthouse for 2 nights while seeing family in the KC area. It was more than enough space for the 3 adults to relax and the toddler to run. The location was close to great parks and restaurants. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Owner was quick to respond. “The house was clean & well stocked & very quiet inside. The only large downfall was the a/c in the 3 bedrooms did not work well at all. The entire upstairs was very hot & muggy until the sun went down. Then the mainfloor bedroom was hot all night. The house will be perfect if the a/c is figured out. We had a mouse surprise us in the kitchen but that was not a huge ordeal. ”
