This fully appointed, 2 bedroom space has off street parking, very close to University of Oregon, buses, stores, parks and activities. 1 Queen bed and 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. Semi-fenced backyard. Pets welcome.

Great location for all of the UofO games! Just 2 miles from campus. Easy access to the University for professors or grad students and within short reach of two hospitals for medical workers.

This is a sweet, older home in a close neighborhood. The bedrooms are decently spacious and have closets and dressers. Fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer! ONLY ONE BATHROOM and water heater, so if you have more people, you'll need to work out your schedules.

You have full use of the garage; either for your car, or if you're using it as an interim stay while you look for a permanent residence, storing you personal stuff. There is also 1 additional parking space right in front of the garage. Otherwise, parking is on the street.

I do take pets, and while the backyard fence is far from sturdy, depending on the pet, it may be enough for yours, if it's not a determined escape artist.

Stores and buses are close. LOTS of restaurants of a variety of kinds. Within walking distance there are 3 grocery stores and around half a dozen restaurants including Thai, Mexican, sushi, "island", vegetarian, etc. Enjoy!

While being 2-4 block from lots of conveniences, this space is tucked into a quiet little neighborhood with low traffic and quiet, polite neighbors.

Eugene has a lot to offer. Of course, there is the University of Oregon and easy access to all of the activities that go on there. We're also 1 hour from the coast, about 30 minutes for forests in most directions, about 2-3 hours to mountains and skiing, and lots of camping, canoeing, kayaking to be done. There's also often lots of festivals (mostly summer) and vineyards in the area with their own activities.
