Our stay was an amazing experience and our wedding dinner was an absolute success! Our guests were over the moon with the view, the lovely weather and with the spacious layout of the guesthouse which made 17 people in one house feel warm and welcoming. The host was lovely and very welcoming and accommodating. The guesthouse is a hidden jewel and I would highly recommend it to anyone. We felt well rested throughout our stay.

Hidden gem in Southern Willamette Valley. We stayed there while visiting family. The home was spacious and immaculately kept with a spectacular vineyard view!

We loved, loved, loved the Guesthouse Villa. We are four senior citizens who came to town for the football game. The house was very nice, the beds were comfortable and the deck was amazing. We sat out there quite a bit just enjoying the view, which went on forever. What a bonus to have the winery's tasting room right next door.

Wine country dream

Sarver guest house is a beautiful home with a breathtaking view. The home is clean, has lovely decks for a sunrise and sunset view. We visited the winery which is right next door. Excellent wines and a good time for all.

Amazing property

My husband and I went for our anniversary. The guesthouse was amazing! Super clean, beautiful views and a great location. It is next door to the tasting room and the outdoor patio which is great for hopping over. We loved it but if you are looking for a more secluded experience this may be something you want to consider.

Our stay at the guesthouse was nothing but a positive experience. We had everything we needed and wanted at the house, including practical and comfort items. Erin was friendly and communicated with us prior to arrival. She provided all of the information we needed. The views from house were breathtaking and we very much enjoyed walking around the corner to the wine tasting room. The Sarver wine was wonderful and a fun treat. The location of the house worked well for our trip. It is about 20 minutes from Eugene and 1 hour from the coast. I would vacation here again. Don't hesitate to book the stay!

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is steps away from the tasting room and all events. It was so enjoyable. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful. It overlooks the vineyard. The kitchen was well stocked for condiments, cookware, etc. A bottle of wine awaiting our arrival was a nice and appreciated gesture.

Peace & Tranquility

Overall the stay was perfect. With the tasting room right next door it was nice to stop in for an afternoon drink and snack. The view from the porch overlooking the vineyard was beautiful. The house has everything needed for your stay. Everyone was there to help in anyway needed and once the tasting room closed for the evening a quietness came over the place and you had the vineyard all to yourself to enjoy the view and energy of the place. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay!

Beautiful and Serene

This beautiful and comfortable guest cottage was absolutely perfect for our eight day getaway with longtime friends. The cottage is well appointed, spacious and comfortable. The setting overlooking the vineyard, farmlands, lake and hills is idyllic. We watched the sunrise each morning and enjoyed our wine from the deck each evening. The location in Eugene was perfect for our visits to wineries to the north, the stunning coast- just an hour west, and hiking, waterfalls, lava fields and rafting on the McKenzie River to the east. Our stay was absolutely perfect in every way. This spot is heaven!

Pacific Northwest Trip

This is the perfect location for visiting Oregon wine country. Our trip started visiting the Redwood Forest area. Then we hiked in Crater Lake. We ended the vacation touring Willamette wineries. The home is adjacent to the Sarver Winery tasting room. Therefore it was an amazing locale to end each evening with a glass of Pinot Noir in the tasting room. We then finished the night watching the stars on the back patio of the house.
