“Place was well organized, I have a group of friends and we do traveling remote work, convenient to hiking, close to the beach, and everything was as advertised. The trampoline was a hit with the group and 10 of us were comfortable in the house throughout the stay. Furnishing was nice and adequate and in like-new condition. The yard was very well cared for and we got to catch everything in bloom in the spring, spectacular!”

“Perfect for us and our dog. Open spaces, king bed, excellent main suite bath. Yard was smallish but really nice and perfect for our dog! We forgot to pick up the morning poop and are very sorry. We left a day early and I forgot. Apologies. The kitchen was really well stocked, location right across street from open green space and a nice park. Neighborhood was walkable. Beach about 3 blocks away and rocky. Perfect base for exploring the Redwoods. Very much enjoyed the home.”

“This was a return trip for us. We'd stayed at the raven house over 10 years ago before we had children. We brought them back for spring break to see the redwoods. It was so fun to come back. The house was even better with the addition of the hottub!”

“Family including infant, children, teens and adults shared a great space. Close to the beach, campgrounds, trail heads, convenience store, and 4 state and national parks. Some of our party camped nearby. Clean, quiet, beautiful view. Would love to come again.”

“Really interesting layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, good heating system. There was some activity outside at night since this is a downtown location, but it was all within reason. Walkable to many destinations in Eureka and to the water. Would stay here again”

“The home itself was great, came with all basic necessities needed, comfortable space and nice yard. The one downside was the bugs - a lot of cobwebs in the house, spiders and slugs. Overall good place to stay in a quiet area that is easy to find in the heavy fog. Easy access to Redwoods either direction too. ”

“Very clean, very nice, cute cottage in Eureka. Plenty of room for 4 of us. Had some concerns, hearing that the area was in a bit of a downturn and that there are some questionable ares of the city. But this house was in a nice residential, clean area. We spent our 2 days there traveling to the redwood forests, so we were gone most of the time. What we did see of the town was nice. There were a couple of run-down areas and some questionable folks hanging around there, but most cities have this as...

“We had a great stay! The house was well stocked and the host was amazing to answer and help with even the most trivial questions! The hot tub and tree room were worth it by themselves. We would definitely stay again!”

“This property is amazing! From the updated home that comfortable fits 8 to the amazing view! There was plenty of room and we didn't feel like we were in each other's space. The deck was great for a morning cup of coffee or a drink for sunset! Warning there are twenty three steps up but worth it! ”

“The home was clean with all the amenities necessary. The view from the house is amazing and the large windows were a big plus. The whole area was beautiful and there is a large beach nearby. “This cozy cottage is everything described and more! So clean and quiet with lush back patio overlooking the canal with boats. 2 minute walk to a cool sandy beach on the bay. Highly recommend and look forward to booking again!!”
