“I was very happy when I arrived at the home. It was just as advertised, and better. Open floor plan and plenty of places to sleep. The two decks and firepit were great places to chill. It was too cold to get into the lake, but it was gorgeous. If you have a problem with stairs, then the walk to the lake/firepit may be a little difficult. Overall great home and location, highly recommend!”

“The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!”

“The property was clean and a very nice value for the price. The staff was very helpful and really went out of their way to make sure that we had a good experience. The property’s surroundings are very picturesque and it is a quiet, peaceful place to stay. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable. The only downside is the property is not as close as others to historic downtown but historic downtown is still very close to drive to...just not in walking distance.”

“We came to Eureka Springs and found paradise! Swedish travelers on a US roadtrip surprised by this lovely place and nice people. Bryan met us when we arrived and it felt like we visited a friend. Both Bryan and Lil are lovely and the house we stayed in was comfortable and nice. The only regrets we have is that we should have stayed a little longer!”

“We loved the location. The house was older as is most houses in Eureka Springs but very clean. We had an issue but they took care of it quickly. We definitively would stay there again.”

It is a Deluxe King, well worth the extra $10, park right in front of your door then walk through very large clean room and out back door to balcony with table & chairs overlooking pool, and further the mountain, activities room that has putt-putt, beautiful large pool, air-hockey and much more, Played movie Shrek to watch from pool or chairs.
