“We loved the old converted store vibe and it was convenient everything you wanted to do.”

“We stayed at Down on Main one Christmas and fell in love with the property and the town so decided to check it out without the snow. We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. We are planning our next trip to this...

“Perfect for our short stay”

“It was excellent once we found it because we arrived in the dark and couldn't read the street signs..and a drunk driver backed up into the parking lot missing us by inches upon arrival.”

“The only problem was the pull-out couch/bed. The bar is right in your back, otherwise it was a great location and a very well-maintained place.”

“This is a very cute house. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathroom…so many towels which is unusual. Perfect for us girls. The beds are very comfortable including the bunk bed room with full size beds. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. The only negative thing I can say, is we could not turn the ceiling fan off in The master without turning the light off and it was too cool to run the fan and the window to the right side if the bed needs to be sealed because wasp were coming in!...

“The cottage was everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Shower was hot, room was clean, and the bed was super cozy. Also a great location to easily access all the tourist attractions we visited.”

“Our stay at the Breezeway Suite was absolutely perfect! It was so beautiful, quiet and peaceful yet close enough to walk downtown. Patricia was so sweet and left us with the most delicious parfaits, pastries, fruit and all kinds of goodies. We were absolutely blown away and hope to make this a yearly tradition!”

“The apartment was a perfect spot for our weekend visit! Located right downtown with parking a few blocks away. It was cute and clean and the only downside was that the stairwell and the hall were noisy with the neighboring occupants. The building is old and creaky and the wood floors are not forgiving. Overall it was a great property!”

“We enjoyed our stay in Eureka Springs. The house is beautiful, but could use a few updates on the beds and pillows. They weren’t horrible, but they weren’t the most comfortable. There was no AC in one of the bedrooms, which made it very uncomfortable for the ne of the couples staying. All in all though, it was a very nice stay.”

“The suite had a really comfortable bed, a shower with good water pressure, coffee & tea right outside the door, & close to town parking. I also enjoyed the chairs on the balcony. The stairs down to the parking area made me huff & puff but at least it was free. This visit was really enjoyable & I would stay here again.”

“It's a quaint little house with a very historic look, though the rooms were smaller than we anticipated. However, we were in one of the only rooms that had it's own bathroom, so there are no complaints there! It's also a little difficult to get to if you decide to walk around town instead of drive.”

“Miss B the caretaker was amazing!!! She makes the most delicious breakfast. We really enjoyed spending time visiting with her. I felt like I was leaving family after a short visit. Highly recommend!”

“We went for our 20 year anniversary trip. It could not have been a better trip. The room was clean and well supplied. It was quiet. We may as well have been the only guests. We will certainly be back.”

“This house is beautifully built and decorated and in a great location with a large parking area. Other than the spiral staircase, you do not feel like you’re in a tiny home at all. Everything essential is supplied and top of the line. The only thing I would add would be either a toaster or small toaster oven and an ice maker to the kitchen. To the upstairs I would add either shelves or drawers so you don’t have to live out of your suitcase. We found lots of places to visit and loved Eureka...
