“Was great! Easy walk into town so no messing with parking. Had a small issue with coffee maker, however after a quick response from Aspen within an hour she had a new one delivered! Wonderful! Would stay again! ”

“We had the best time. We were able to walk about 7-10 min to most of the places we wanted to see/shop/eat. We left our car parked all weekend. Enjoyed a dip in the hot tub, the bed was very comfortable and apartment was quiet. We loved sitting on the large deck with a glass of wine. The unit was clean and updated, and we appreciated the water and snacks provided. Thanks so much, we will be back for sure!”

“Excellent location! Clean and easy to access. It was the perfect location for a quick getaway. Bring your own coffee. ”

“We were pleasantly surprised with how nice this was. We stayed in Suite A and I’d definitely stay here again! The jacuzzi is right outside the patio door and so is the firepit. Staying during the week, it was so peaceful and quiet here and the whole town. The only complaint I would have is we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work. Other than that, it was all great! ”

“Aspen was so kind, friendly, and readily available for all our questions. We were able to check in a bit early which was so nice for parking. I can't say enough about this property. Being able to walk to the shops was the best. We have stayed at many rentals in Eureka Springs over the years. This was the easiest to book and enjoy and was so nice all around. It is definitely at the top of our list. Thank you!!”

“We actually were moved from this location due to the AC not working. We did arrive and it was exactly as described. Unfortunately, We were moved to The Brownstone in Eureka Springs. It was a beautiful room with a bathroom. It was directly across from the train which was our view. It offered a community kitchen parlor but no grill. Being on a budget, we took all our meat, veggies, cheese, etc, however to carry our food to top floor to use the kitchen wasn’t our cup of tea. We ended up eating our...

“The property was at a good location. It has nice amenities and is fully equipped. It was pet friendly. The house is well maintained. The host, Aspen was very good in communicating for any questions as it was our first time using a VRBO location. ”
