“Sundown Cottage is a very cozy place for a respite. The downtown was close enough that an agile person could easily walk it. The eclectic decor is very tasteful. The beds quite comfortable. The place is perfect for a girlsweek or a couple with kids. The parking space is tight and the house is close to a very busy street but we didn’t have any trouble with it. ”

“We absolutely loved the bungalow! It was clean and comfortable. There was a lot of natural light. I would definitely stay again and have already recommended it to someone planning a trip to Eureka Springs. The only thing I would do differently is bring a tension rod to place between the bedroom and living area for a blanket or curtain to block the light from the high windows in the living area. ”

“Over the past 20 years that I have been coming to Eureka Springs, I have stayed in numerous places. This beautiful little property has just become my #1 favorite. Everything about this place is perfection. The interior color choices are so soothing. Sitting on the balcony at any time of day or night is super relaxing. Every attention to detail is wonderful and the shower is amazing. Can't wait to stay here again. It was fabulous!!!”
