“The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. ”

“It's a very nice hotel, its rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is generally welcoming. But if you have any problems, be sure to leave them in writing and email them. Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it.
