This is a great location- very walkable to downtown Everett, multiple restaurants, bars, grocery, and shopping. Located 26 miles North of Seattle and 70 miles South of the Canadian Boarder. Cozy space w/updated kitchen and bath with plenty of historic charm. Kitchen is well stocked and knives are kept sharp.
Guest access
Getting around is easy. We're just minutes away from the on-ramps to I-5 and Hwy 2 heading toward the mountains. Paine Field airport in Everett is new, clean and awesome, and it's only a 15 minute drive from us. Sea-Tac Airport is a longer ride, but transit shuttles will get you from Sea-Tac to Everett and an easy bus or Uber/Lyft will carry you the rest of the way to the home.
Heading to Whidbey Island or the San Juan Islands? Easy. The Mukilteo-Clinton ferry is just 15 minutes from our door, and the Anacortes ferry terminal to the San Juans is about 1.5 hrs drive north. We love the area and love to share tips. Front and back patios give you a nice spot to enjoy morning and evening sun! Bbq on the large gas grill. Walk 15 min to a hidden local beach spot. Two off street parking stalls located in the back of the property located off of the alley. Tons of on street parking.

We are a pet friendly home. If bringing your furry friends, please make sure to include them in your booking. We DO NOT allow puppies/un-housebroken pets. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets in yard and responsible for any damages caused by pets.
