Hello Dudley, We’re always looking for ways to improve so thank you for the feed back. This is the first time I’ve heard any of these points but I do appreciate everyone’s experience is different so I’d firstly like to apologise for any inconvenience they may have caused. To fit guttering to an outside surface, guttering needs a roof overhang to work effectively, being a metal box we don’t actually have one of these so unfortunately it’s not something we can fit, we do however have internal roof guttering on the top of the container which up to now has worked perfectly. We’ve since altered the door and cleared the roof guttering and have had no complaints so thanks for the heads up it’s appreciated. A shelf in the shower area is something we’d thought about but decided against it to maximise the space available to shower, if it’s something our guests continue to ask for it’s definitely something we’ll be fitting. A pull-out type step is located in the vacuum cupboard behind the curtain next to the mop bucket, it is black so possibly it may well have blended into the black metal side, I’ve now put it to the other side so it’s easier to see. Normally on booking, guests receive an email containing a list of directions, our address and longitude & latitude numbers of the property. The email also has a contact number incase you need to get hold of me for any reason, if this wasn’t received I can understand it must have been hard to find as it is tucked away from the outside world.
