âEverything at Colonial Inn was easy! The staff were kind and responsive, the beds comfortable, the internet worked fine, and the shower was uniquely well-designed. The location is good, within 15-20mn of downtown Providence. Excellent value, I will book again if I ever need to return to the area. â
âPlace was dirty and needs to be upgraded. Parking lot needs sealcoat. Sime spotty mold in room amd bathroom especially around whirlpoo, chair ripped,floor dirty, plastic utensils on floor behind nightstand,chips and crumbs loose in desk drawer.cabinets that fridge and microwave on bowing in and chipped along base, water stains on ceiling tiles, swirl marks on tv,chair ripped, couch from 1970s. So not worth the moneyâ
âThe property was clean. Stayed overnight with my teenage son. The pool and the hot tub were clean. My son stayed in the hot tub area for 2 hours after being at the beach and it being cold. The staff were nice. I would definitely stay here again. Very close to Foxwoods. â
