“Unfortunately our stay was marred by the fact that the bathroom bin had not been emptied and contained the previous residents used sanitary products!!! The shower took 25 minutes to drain and, whilst we understand the logistics of old manor houses, if the plumbing is not up to standard then this should be at least mentioned on booking. “We requested two doublerooms but we got two singelrooms. The rooms were not three star quality, they had no refrigerator, no aircondition, and the decor looked like it was from the 70s. The staff was nice, but the management was not.”
