“The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.”

“All the staff were pleasant and the manager was excellent. The breakfast was hit and the lady that Ean the breakfast kept the dining area clean. The fact is the hotel is getting older and needs some renovation. The elevator has floor b of arcs loose. The windows should be cleaned. Our room had some visible flaking if the paint and maybe from some water damage. Overall it was okay but I would not stay there again other than the staff certainly stood out”

“Staff was polite. The hotel claims to be 100% nonsmoking, however the room smelled like it either used to be a smoking room or someone had recently been smoking in there. Room cleanliness was poor. “The property was good. When we arrived at 5:43 pm and had a reservation. The room was not ready even though check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 pm. There were several people waiting. They did offer free breakfast to make up for it but we don't eat breakfast. We were headed to a concert at Blossom music festival and needed to get ready so was very disappointed in that. “Multiple outlets not working in room for plugging in devices, unable to charge devices. One of the lights in room was not working. Water in the bathroom from tap and in the toilet was brown. Called front deks and they told us it was because of recent work done- only information given on calling, no info prior to that. Positives: room ready on time, multiple options for breakfast. easy parking.”

“The rooms were clean and all I needed for a good night's stay. Breakfast was standard for a good motel. However, there are many good restaurants only 5 or 6 minutes from the property. There are also four restaurants within walking distance of the Lobby. Convenient from I-77, economy, good restaurants and shopping nearby.”
