“We had a late night flight cancellation. Most hotels were booked but I was able to find and book this one. This motel was so terrible. Unclean, rat in hallway, smelled like urine and felt unsafe. We took one look at the room and headed straight back to the airport and spent the night there. I am surprised that Expedia would even list this as an option. Really disappointed”

“There was no hot tub. When the shower is on water come from underneath the fooor tiles. Sheets had stain and the comforter had cigarette holes”

“First of all we had to switch rules twice because the first one that they gave us had them dirty linen, and the toilet was disassembled. The second room was dirty sheets and linens were not clean. I was told by the manager they would give us a discount for staying there and dealing with the inconvenience upon my checkout, but when I checked out manager act like he never said anything about the discount and basically disregarded it everything that he had said worst property I would not stay here...

“The location is great . But it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. When i arrived 1:00 pm i requested early check in and i was charged for it . Not expecting anything free . I was more than okay with the extra charge . The condo had not been cleaned. It took over 3 hours for housekeeping to arrive and prepare the condo. I was told by the front desk that because I booked through a third part ( Expedia I’m assuming) they were unable to assist me with any issues. Instead I was...

“We never stayed here. They took our money with out us ever staying there. We booked a room after midnight and wanted to stay that same night. When we arrived at the hotel, they were all booked. They would not refund our money! Not a good experience! Very poor customer service! Not happy with Expedia at all!”
