“This property was incredibly clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. I was also surprised by how comfortable the reclining couch is. The kitchen is large with lots of storage. The host was quick to respond to questions. This property is a split home with the kitchen, family room, 1 full bath and all 3 beds upstairs and downstairs has a couch, full bathroom, desk and arcade game with plenty of games loaded on it. “This house was immaculately clean and had a lot of room. It’s in a convenient location. We were able to enjoy Lake Champlain boat ride, Ben & Jerry Factory Tour, VT Teddy Bear Factory Tour and some nice local restaurants. Definitely recommend!”

“The house was lovely, views of the lake were amazing! It was equipped with all of your basic needs to cook and eat-in. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset and watching the sailboats in Mallettes bay. Downtown Burlington is a short drive away and Colchester had a lot of outdoor trails and parks to explore as well. We’ll be back!”

“Beds are so tight you could not walk around especially the master. Window in Master re -seated after in blew in during the wind. Couch was filthy after lifting up the cushions. Definitely not a premium property. ”

“Tyler was an incredibly gracious and attentive host. The tiny house was very modern and had all the amenities we needed for a couple of days’ stay.
