“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

“Place was great for our long weekend stay in New Haven. Apartments four bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. Kitchen had everything to meet our needs. Two bathrooms a blessing for our group of five. Convenient to get around town and surrounding area. Owner responded quickly to any questions. Street noise was a little loud at times, but would stay there again.”

“stay was great. Check-in couldn't have been easier. The apartment is gorgeous--the pictures, especially the one of the living room, are deceptive, so it was a very nice surprise. “Great studio, worked well for our stay to attend Yale Commencement. The location is convenient to campus with multiple close dining options. Well appointed space with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There are shared laundry and kitchen areas….be mindful of that if you’re planning to cook meals, there is no kitchen in the unit but it does have an under counter refrigerator and a small sink.We would recommend a stay here, it’s very convenient and comfortable!”

“This is actually the second time we stayed here. Both times we stayed for a long weekend. We stayed here for a weekend. We are a couple with three school aged children and we were quite comfortable. The space was clean, modern, and in a great location. The building has great amenities, a game room, a gym, and work spaces on site. It was a perfect weekend getaway.”
