“Our stay worked perfectly for our annual family catch up - the downstairs bedroom/bathrooms/laundry set up was ideal and the dining rooms both in and out were excellent. The property was very clean with a well-stocked pantry and excellent cooking utensils and BBQ. 5/5, thank you.”

“Although it was a comfortable quite a new house, we were very disappointed that the description on Expedia was misleading. It was advertised as a four-bedroom house, but it is only a three bedrooms. The fourth was actually a cabin in backyard required an additional fee. Additionally, one of air conditioners in the in bedroom faulty. We were told when inquired that technician would be sent for an inspection but no one ever showed up.”

“Tim was accommodating with granting early check in. The location and size of the house was great but unfortunately there were a few issues around cleanliness ie. Sticky floors and benchtops, visible grease on rangehood filter, sand in ensuite sink, stained carpets, dirty architraves etc. Could also use a complete set of cutlery, crockery and drinking glasses (not enough forks and dinner plates for 7) and a bit more attention to furnishings with some living areas sparse and empty.
