The hotel itself needs updating, the rooms are "old" and a bit worn. They interior decor needs an upgrade.
The noise level of the air conditioning in my room was way too high. I called for maintenance (very nice staff), but I was told this is normal. So I would turn it off when I was staying in my room for a few hours, but...

âThe property was clean well cared, there's a full kitchen available on site, and 3 bedrooms each with their own key. The price made a good option on budget as I wasn't going to be doing much in Manhattan so just really needed a place for spending the night till my next flight.
An uber from the airport was $13 which was nice. From the property, I was able to get to Manhattan and back in about 50 mins by taking the bus 107 which was about 8 blocks away and a few dollars, so it was very convenient....
âA mid-lowerbbudget motel. Tub drain clogged, no fridge, dust on the AC control panel, though overall clean. Overhead light not working. Outer entry doors with locks broken. Hopefully they are working on all this.â
