At check-in, neither front desk staff member appeared to be familiar with ADA requirements regarding service animals. “Great room and great location. The view was nice too! It was close to all the shopping and restaurants. It was easy to check in and check out. The only thing I noticed was that one of the parking spaces had a bolt sticking out of one of the bumpers that could have damaged any car parking there. We would love to stay here again in the future! ”

“Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?”

“My first Best Westen stay and I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. I absolutely adored the Alpacas and the breakfast was great! When I first attempted to check in, I did encounter an employee (Jo) who made me feel very unwelcome and inconvenienced when I asked if it was possible to accommodate an early check in.
