“I am honestly describing my stay with my family in this beautiful home. It provided all you may need.Privacy for the occupants, decorated simple but elegant. The view from the top floors were awesome. We watched the sunrise and sunset.every day.You don’t really need to leave the house for entertainment but the beach, restaurants with delicious menus surrounds you . It even provide you with supplies needed at the beach. The house was clean and clear instructions given. The host was amiable and...

“The house was beautiful but it was way overpriced for how difficult it was to find it and get to it. It also smells terrible there because of the sarragassum. We were notified a couple days in advance of how bad it smelled but you could tell that there was weeks of horribly smelly sarragassum rotting on the beach.”

“We stayed in 2/2026.
The negatives that need some major attention:
Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. Appliances rusted. Master shower doesn’t drain (fills up when you first turn on the shower & doesn’t drain for an hour). Guest shower door doesn’t close. Corners of rooms dirty/grimy. Hair on the bed sheets. Furniture in bedroom is dirty/stained, loose & about to fall apart. Bed slides all over the floor. Soap...

“As we pulled into the parking lot for the house, the front looked more modest than we expected. Be patient, because everything else was wonderful and met or exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was spacious, well stocked and in great condition. The bedrooms were roomy, clean and comfortable. The common areas are well taken care of and have great seating for large groups. The outdoor areas were also spacious and in great condition. Finally, the owner is amazingly responsive and helpful. It was...

“Property is in a sketchy area. This is not a home. It is a 2 level deck with two bedrooms on the upper level. The kitchen and living room are outside. The only place to escape the heat is in the small bedrooms that only have a bed and two nightstands attached to the wall of which one was falling off. The AC was set at 60 but the bedrooms were still warm because they are not insulated.
We only stayed on the property for about an hour. It was very hot and there was nowhere to be cool except the...

“The house was nice but could use some TLC. One of the downstair rooms needs a new mattress, the benches in the living room are in need of repair, and both showers upstairs need new shower heads. Overall, it is a comfortable house close to the rainforest and the Luquillo beaches.”
