“property is fine and the parking ok I would stay there again”

“The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

“Well we went the backyard needed fixing up,wasn’t even the same furniture in the patio the oven was a mess that was the whole point of staying there so we could make our meals instead of eating out all the time then the ice maker on the fridge didn’t work it was just basically a roof over our heads wasn’t luxury like they advertised it to be”

“Lovely space. So delighted by the king size bed. Kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Easy access to Metro and access into the Capital. 5 stars, would stay here again. ”

“Property was as advertised. Location was terrific. We did not have a rental car, but having private parking is an added bonus. Accommodations were great. Everything was in working order. David (Host) was very communicative and was one step ahead of me even before I had a question.”

“The place was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The house is in a great location, close to DC, food, target the grocery store, good coffee shops and more. We were very happy here and would definitely stay again.”

“Parking was at a premium. If renting a car, good luck finding a place to park it. The property had an "old" smell upon entering. There was no empty storage for our things for a multi-day stay. We were also bitten many times by some insect, most likely in bed.”

“We stayed here while on our visit to Washington DC, and it was so convenient for visiting the city. The house was spotless with very comfortable, clean furniture throughout. The kitchen is beautiful with newer appliances. The bathrooms both had great showers with really good water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was such a great relaxing place to come back to after long days in town. We appreciated the thoughtful tips and easy instructions for using the property, and Sany answered our...
