“Very cute and clean apartment with dedicated parking space on the property. We walked to the beach multiple times because it was an easy walk and close by, as well as Palace Playland. The apartment had everything we needed and a lot of towels, which was great. We would recommend to our friends and family. ”

“Place was very clean and well decorated. I had some minor concern about the floorboards being uneven under the laminate- this is a possible trip hazard. But the neighborhood was relatively quiet and I loved the view from the porch.”

Even though it might technically be considered a studio (lack of doors) the layout was generous and comfortable for our family (with two teenagers!). “I stayed here as it is a close drive to Old Orchard Beach as well as many other attractions like the water park, amusement park, and carnival. Lorenzzo is an amazing host with great communication. During my stay, I felt like I was in amazing hands as Lorenzzo made sure to always check to see if we needed any help. “It was very cool to stay over the water and to be able to walk down and sit out on the deck and the floating deck. The property is located on a very busy road and it is very easy to drive by the property. The parking is tight. Otherwise lovely stay. ”
