“The property is very comfortable, well stocked,private,clean and my grandaughter described it as quaint. It was close to Pammy's for ice cream Erica's & Dolphin for lobster and Mitchell Field beach for swimming. The owner was very prompt in answering questions. We enjoyed our week in South Harpswell.”

The setup—with a main house, attached apartment, and a charming bunkhouse—was perfect for our two families and adult children. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax and unwind.The backyard is absolutely stunning, filled with beautiful flowers and lush grass, and it opens up to a tranquil ocean inlet. “Super location, very private, responsive host, lovely, clean. Very lucky to have been able to stay here!”

“House was very clean. The king beds were very comfortable (I never tried the twin beds). We had two minor issues/questions while there - communication with owner was easy and we had quick responses. There were plenty of bath towels. Only minor complaint is I wish we had extra hand and kitchen towels, for when one was in the wash. Dishwasher detergent was provided but not laundry detergent. House is in a quiet family neighborhood, nice location.”
