âThis hotel is true luxury. Staying in the most perfectly developed historical building was nothing but joyful and relaxing. The staff are proud of their roles, warm and professional. The hotel is immaculate. Rooms were cleaned to the highest standards and also turned down each evening with a home baked sweet treat left. The spa was not half measures and again is perfect. âThe room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was compact but used the space well. We tried the outdoor pool but it was unheated and cool for being at the end of a hot summer. The indoor Roman bath was better. We normally donât get breakfast through the hotels we stay at , but did here because of the reviews. It was an extensive breakfast so we were happy we did this.
I would fully recommend this hotel. It is a short 2 minute walk to old town. â
