“Really liked the layout of room. TV wasn’t working and had to call front desk for assistance. Staff that attended was very nice however, it required a couple calls and long wait for front desk to pick up. Breakfast was nice, however they did run out of many items due to the number of guests- hotel should have been mindful of same knowing how full they were. We booked the hotel for the courtyard/fire table and whirlpool, however, there was a large young sports team and parents that,...

“The property is tidy, clean and good condition. The staff was friendly. I did appreciate there was a bar and restaurant but found the prices a bit expensive.”

“The carpet is old and dirty. Their's some guests after using the pool they didn't dry themselves the floor in the elevator was wet and the dining room where the refrigerator of milk and yogurt under the cabinet the floor was soaked in water.”

“The renovation to this hotel over the last year has certainly improved the reception, bar, breakfast and gym area. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is nice. The area around the hotel is just parking lots next to the mall, so that isn't a particular cozy place.”

I didn’t eat at the hotel but had an excellent meal at the Blarney pub that was within walking distance! I have stayed at a few other hotels in the area and this was by far my best experience yet!
