“We enjoyed our stay at Exuma Point very much. The Peach Sea View room was wonderful. It was precisely as described. It is not a luxurious resort, but wifi and A/C were fully reliable. We were disappointed that the on-site restaurant was never open during our stay though. The close proximity to Exuma Flats will likely bring us back again.”

“The house was cozy. However we had no hot water from the time we got there to when we left. The host seemed to care, and a maintenance person came by late evening, said he would be back the following morning. When we returned that afternoon, there was no hot water still. “It’s a beautiful nature - turquoise clear waters and beautiful views. Our villa fit our needs - it was clean, quiet, safe, with a beautiful view of the sea and the nearby islands. There was unfinished construction around that could be unsafe for little unsupervised kids, but it didn’t bother us. “When we arrived at the property on a Wednesday, there wasn’t anybody else there. We did not “check in” as there wasn’t anyone on site. The door was unlocked and key on table. No problem. We actually loved the seclusion. We were very happy with overall time there. Definitely renting a car next time as it’s far from everything. We’ll get one with full size frig next time. 1 bedrooms only has a small frig. I did get bit by sand fleas and am still itching a week later, but know now I should have...

“This place is a beautiful family owned property and it shows. They were so accomidating wether it was helping with rides for food or setting up boat trips. It was the perfect spot to relax and explore the north end. We had the best time. ”
