âCeling was awfully out of place. Dirty and chipped. Rest of the hotel was fancy and clean. Staff at the resection was respectful, but the kitchen staff at the breakfast were not. I asked where the utensils where and when they finally understood after I mimed with my hands "eating" they said "ah okay" snd walked away. Okay? The breakfast had also the smallest range of food I have seen in a hotel buffer. Didn't help that half of it was dessert. â

âNo one worked there. I had to call 3 times to get in, even though I had let them know about my arrival time ahead of time. There was music playing all night from the reception (where no one worked) making it impossible to sleep. The blinds didn't work, the street was heard all night and the room felt damp and cold.â
âAmazing hotel with amazing staff. Lovely, clean room. The quietness in the rooms was extraordinary. Even though we stayed on the first floor, we heard absolutely nothing from the loud street right below us. And I couldnât even tell if there was any other guests staying at the hotel. Thatâs how well isolated the rooms are. Will definitely stay here again.â
âOur first time staying at Orsons but for sure there will be more. Lovely staff who helped us with ironing facilities as well as a table in the fully booked restaurant.

"A very good accomodation close to the Ostkreutz station with frequent trains into to city centre within minutes. Friendly and helpfull staff. A mix of quiet neighbourhood and trains passing by with rooms not chosing waterfront view. But if you close the tripple-glased window no noise could be heard. Nice, well-designed and clean apartment. Only negative was that in the heat of the summer (+30) the window at night could not be open (because of the noise) as there is no ac. I suppose in moderate temperatures room temp will be ok."

"Bra standard, rent rum och bra sÀng. Detta hotell hÄller samma standard som du fÄr pÄ ett svenskt scandic. Dessutom var det vÀldigt tyst. Jag hade ett rum med dörr till rummet bredvid vilket gjorde att jag hörde lite av mina rumsgrannar men det gjorde ingenting. Rummet lÄg dessutom precis vid hissen men det störde inte det minsta. Valet av hotell var enkelt för mig som var i Berlin för en konsert pÄ Uber Arena, som ligger precis över gatan. NÀra till kollektivtrafik, restauranger och butiker. "
