“Exceeded my expectations, beautiful house and room (Harry) clean, bright, and spacious with very pretty furniture. The bed was super comfortable, slept wonderfully. The street is busy, with cars and people using it all night, nothing loud, just enough background noise to put you to sleep. “We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking. Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden. Good value for this part of Surrey.”

“Very comfortable room, in excellent condition. Everything appeared newly renovated. Nice hardwood floors rather than the typical unsanitary carpeting, really appreciated that! There's also a kitchen that seemed to be well equipped, but we didn't use it. Two common bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bath tub. Very fresh and clean. Located in a quiet residential area. The perfect place to stay when taking an early flight from heathrow!”

“Clean, equipped with everything you need for a short stay and everything worked. However, it was noisy, at least the room faced towards the busy street. You could hear every single car through the closed window, someone's car alarm sounded in the middle of the night. Next time the house undergoes a refurbishment they ought to put another layer of windows at this room. ”

“As we arrived late we had to do the auto check in via the lodge keypad, they keypad didn’t quite work for us as expected but the staff on site soon came to our rescue. The property is lovely and is finished to a premium standard, unfortunately we didn’t have time to eat in the restaurant but the menu looked good, we would definitely stay here again if we were in the vicinity. ”

“We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight.
