“Location- so close to campus (less than 10 mins) and convenient to so many restaurants and shopping within 2 mins. House has so many extras- ping pong tv room- outdoor deck with Blackstone grill and large dining room made for easy gathering for family. Very clean. “Our family of eight enjoyed staying here. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortably fit us all. We especially liked the game room, comfortable beds, and large dining table. We wish the weather would have been more conducive to using the pretty pool and fun outdoor theater. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and do laundry. The only inconveniences were the access code not working upon arrival and no ironing board. However, a quick phone call remedied the access code...

“I booked this home for our son’s graduation from the University of Alabama. We had 12 adults and one infant staying with us. The house was the perfect size for all of us. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Since the graduation was at 8am, we were all able to come back to the house for a family celebration with lunch and cake. The host was very attentive to our needs, answered all questions, and addressed any problems we had. We enjoyed our stay.”

“Overall the house was very inviting, very clean and very roomy. I would recommend this house to anyone. My only issue is, in the picture there showed a pool table. That was one of the reasons I chose the house, just as a little entertainment. When we got in, there was no pool table, it had been replaces by a kitchen table. Other than that, this house was very nice to stay in.”

“The house was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nice fenced back yard. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of beds for bigger groups. On the Main Street McGrath so you have a lot of food choices and shopping. Close to University. My only negative was it was cold. Heat worked good but when it reached temperature and went off it was cold quickly maybe not insulated very good.Could have been vacuumed better and floor mopped better. I vacuumed up the dust on the floor. Everything else was nice.”
