“Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again.”

“The property was lovely and really, much nicer and more attractive than the photos of the inside. Very accommodating host with thoughtful small amenities. The location, was quiet, pretty, and easily walkable to the square (for us) or Dickson St. We brought our dogs and it has a nice grassy, large yard complete with benches and a dog clean up station! We will definitely stay again.”

“This is such a great location. It’s a lively area and this place is just cool. The decks are amazing, the furnishings are sharp, it’s dog friendly, and has an awesome UofA vibe. Management was helpful. The only thing I would change is they requested a form 3 hours before checkin to avoid cancellation. Wish that could’ve been taken care of days before instead of the day I’m trying to travel. No biggie at all, just a small detail I’d have rather dealt with earlier. Love this place and hope to stay...

“The apartment was immaculate! It smelled fresh and clean when we walked in. Bed and bath linens were high end luxury. We didn’t lack for anything from bath to kitchen. Entry and all appliances were user friendly. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt completely safe. The host, Gary, was so nice and we received all instructions in a friendly and timely manner. I left my favorite pillow, emailed Gary, and he answered immediately! He assured me he would put it aside and I was able to pick it up before...

“This property was absolutely perfect for an enjoyable college visit to the University of Arkansas. The location allowed us to explore the University, Dickson Street, Fayetteville Square and other surrounding neighborhoods all by foot. The property was clean and very comfortable. I recommend staying here!”

“The apartment was nice and everything was provided that we needed for the week. The location was amazing! We were able to walk to everything. The only complaint that we had was the train that rides right by the apartment woke us up several times. It didn't just ride by, it honked it's horn the whole time. So that was annoying, but other than that we had a wonderful stay.”
