- Located in Fayetteville, this superb house offers 2 marvelous bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The property also features 2 nice bathrooms with a shower and a hair dryer. Additionally, there is a cozy family room with a sofa bed for extra sleeping space and a large living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. With amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC, guests will have everything they need for a comfortable stay. The property is located next door to the 192 ac. Gaines Estate. The Gaines Estate features Fayetteville's finest restaurant and an award winning wedding and event venue. Guests can take advantage of the Gaines Estate's hiking trails and private tennis court. Downtown Fayetteville is a short one block walk away. The nearest trail head at the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve is only 7 blocks away. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Very clean, comfortable place conveniently located. We had 2 couples staying for 2 nights to enjoy the New River Gorge national park. Would stay again.

The home was in the perfect location to cafes, excellent restaurants (Gaines is the best), and very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return there! I highly recommend this property!

A wonderful place to stay!
The house was beautiful, and located close to town. It was a very short walk downtown for a cup of coffee, ice cream or even for a beer in the evening.

Our family’s stay at The Maple House featured a comfortable, clean and cozy experience. The location offered the opportunity to easily access the NRG National Park as well as local dining and shopping options, and provided the convenience to come and go throughout the day. When not out exploring the area, we found the front porch swing to be a relaxing experience while watching a nearby mother Robin care for her hatchlings. The morning deer passing through the yard were a relaxing sight to take in. The helpful suggestions for local dining and experiences and the comfortable bedding and opportunity to gather around the table tor a game or to plan the day made for a family friendly experience that we’d definitely be willing to enjoy again in the future.
