“We arrived at the hotel at 6 pm amd they said the room was not ready and we said thats not acceptable so finally they upgraded us to a better room.”

“Hotel was great, clean relaxing, nice setting in tree covered property and array of great food available. Good internet across the site and good water pressure in the spatious shower rooms. Regular busses to and from town. One draw back was the noise from the beach bar at night which had no sound barrier protecting the accomodation situated behind it, including our suite. This detracted from what was otherwise a relaxing holiday.”

“Tar det negativa först...bokade 3 nätter fick en prisuppgift i euro drygt 71 euro per natt. Men detta pris gäller bara om du betalar i euro kontant, deras kortläsare påstods inte fungera med euro och de använde en betydligt sämre kurs så hotellet blev dyrare...inte enormt mycket cirka 90kr men ändå...tycker om man fått ett pris skall det va det som gäller. Sen var alla priser på hotellet som minibaren t.ex. i euro...vilket gjorde det än mer irriterande! Övrigt var all inclusivt mycket...

“Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption ( Frau Fatma ) waren sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Mitarbeiterin Frau Gizem im Restaurant hat sich sehr sehr gut um uns gekümmert war immer aufmerksam und nett. ”

“This was one of the worst experiences we had with any hotel. First of all, when we arrived it was 110° outside and it was 110° inside, they didn't even bother to turn on the Air conditioner even in the lobby. Rooms were old, things were falling a part. We had only two 2 outlets in our room, one in the bedroom and the other in the bathroom. They left us half used shampoo and body wash bottles. Air conditioner stopped working in our kids room, it took hotel one hour to send someone and then they...

“lovely hotel, stayed there five years ago, still good. Right at the end of the resort but bus stop by hotel into marmaris for 25 turkish lira per person and seem to run every five minutes. Don't get a taxi from Dalaman airport it cost us £60.you can pre book in the uk for around £38. ”

“Really nice hotel, lovely sea views and a very good and wide selection of all-inclusive food choices. The deserts are especially good! Staff were nice and professional, hotel was clean and wi-fi was mostly good (although the power cut out a few times just for a few minutes each time, resulting in a disconnect). All in all though, a very nice hotel. ”

“There was no shampoo in the bathrooms, the remote for AC did not have batteries and it did not work well. Telephone needed replacement. You’d expect any of these to work seamlessly in any decent hotel but it took several request to get these straight here. The food, particularly desert section, was great.
