“Nice modern luxury hotel with all the amenities you would expect. The standout for me however was the breakfast buffet. Just about the largest and most varied I have ever seen, with all the standards but also several stations each with a national focus including an Indian one. They had me at "hello"! ”

However, what detracts from the overall impression is the absence of a proper lobby—replaced by a café/restaurant—the room facing the inner courtyard with exposure to a terrace used for parties, and the fact that bottled water wasn’t provided as a complimentary amenity; instead, guests were directed to tap water (a 33 cl bottle cost 11 SGD). Additionally, the sun loungers were rarely sufficient on fine days.”

“Very well organised resort-type hotel, great cleaning, check-in, concierge etc. Nice garden and pool. Minor blemishes - no power socket at bedside, a bit loud aircondition etc., minor things. 10 mins to buss and 15 mins to MRT. A bit sneaky, ask for full days charge for early check-in or late check-out.”

“Our first room was uninhabitable due to concrete drilling in the room next door. WHY do they put a guest next door??? When I called and asked them to stop, they said the work would continue for another two hours but that we could change rooms. I said I wanted the noise to stop because we had already unpacked everything. Their solution? They offered us earplugs! Later, we were contacted by a manager who handled the issue in a professional manner. Breakfast was chaotic. The tables were arranged...

“A lovely hotel at a good location close to MRT and shops. Clean and quiet room. Helpful male staff at the foyer, always willing to help. Pool was a big plus.”

“We stayed at Ritz during 26/6-28/6 to celebrate our daughter’s 10 years old birthday! Yuki, Nia and Dora made extra effort and prepared supprise decorarion in the room and some birthday presents to our daughter ! It was such nice warm gesture and made our daughter so happy! We had stayed at Ritz few times before, in fact we return there again before we leave Singapore! It has always been very nice experience at Ritz! ”
