“Loved this cozy place! This clean and cheerful little home has all the charm of a cute vintage house, but with all the lovely upgrades of a modern and well appointed new build. These hosts also thought of EVERYTHING. The decor was lovely, the beds were comfy, the bathrooms were so well appointed with extras of everything from dry shampoo to toothbrush kits, and the kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need. “The Stone's Throw Cottage was the perfect spot for a short trip to the area to look for rocks on the beaches. It's very roomy and comfortable, and was incredibly clean. My dog and I felt at home immediately; and the large backyard gave him ample room to run and sniff. Erin responded almost immediately when I had a couple of questions, making my stay a breeze. “Loved our stay at The Pink Lady! Very clean, well stocked, great communication with host. We were well taken care of and the location is amazing. Quiet, beautiful wooded area. The beach is a short walk away and the water is just so crisp and clean. Lots of family friendly activities nearby and many great restaurants. On days we didn’t feel like venturing far, we grabbed great pizza or subs from The Glenn Store and also hit up Creekside Kitchen. Can’t recommend this stay enough!”

“Everything was as described and in good working order. House had a lot of attention to detail. Plenty of room for our guests. We really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing was no fault of the homeowner, we were there in early spring and nearby farm had fertilized, making the outdoor area not smell great. I am sure that was just unlucky timing. “Stayed with another family of 5. Plenty of room for all of us. We traveled here right before Christmas. Very peaceful! Saw lots of deer and the lake was a wonder to see with the ice formations. Visited Cranes Winery, some antique shops, and Sagatuck for a brewery. Hot tub was nice, lots of chlorine. Would love to come back in the summer. ”

The house is well equipped for everything you would need for a wonderful weekend stay. My only tiny suggestion would be hooks for towels in the bathrooms and a few hangers in the closets. We had an AMAZING 5 Star experience though all around. Highly recommended! Looking forward to a return stay.”
