She communicated clearly beforehand, had great information about the area waiting in the space, and leaving was very easy too. She even reached out to see if I needed to extend by a day. This is located midway between Eureka and Arcata and was very convenient. The kitchen had everything I needed and everything was clean and comfortable. I hope to return sometime. ”

“The home was very clean and family-friendly. The five of us thought the space was perfect and so much better than having to get 2 hotel rooms. My 81 year old mom has mobility issues so accessing either shower was not a safe option for her. The home’s location, set back from the cul de sac with another home was initially surprising but it was always very quiet and the view of the bay was nice. “This home has been lovingly updated and furnished and was the perfect place to stay while visiting our daughter. It is convenient to the plaza, the Finnish tubs, the Septentrio Winery, the Creamery, etc. and has a lovely yard with a fire pit. That being said, it is directly across the street from the Safeway and CVS and although there are new windows, there is a bit of traffic noise. “I was not expecting the mandatory choice of 59 for insurance or 1,500 for a cleaning deposit. Compared to other properties, this seems excessive. Other than that, the property was fantastic, the location was perfect and the views were amazing. Great experience overall. ”

“This was a lovely little place to stay. Close to town. It was very clean and seemed to have everything we wanted. I only complaint was the gates that you had to use to enter into the property. It’s a padlock with tiny tiny little numbers that I could barely see. I struggled for several minutes at a time to lock and unlock the gates. And the gate is super heavy. It would be really nice if they would put an electric gate in because me being elderly I had a very tough time with it. ”
