"The accommodation was very clean and spacious with fabulous views across the water and is only an 5 minute walk to some excellent restaurants and shops. All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.

“Boathouse” Large one Bed cottage on Harrington Sound

"Overall a lovely stay. The boathouse is perfectly located. Fun to have the waterfront beach area with kayaks and sups. Comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We had a bit of a rainy time this week, but the covered patio was perfect to enjoy the Sound views. Thoroughly enjoyed our second visit to BDA after honeymooning here thirty years ago. "

"It is evident that the hostess has taken pains to be sure guests have everything they need. There were lots of towels, the kitchen was well stocked with plates/silverware. glasses, nice microwave and fridge. The A/C units in the living room and bedroom were quiet and efficient. The kitchen has a convenient rack with both dish and hand soaps. The bathroom has very beachy decor and a handy tray of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There was even a package of make-up remover wipes and two small grey facial towels in case there was make-up left after washing it off. And I absolutely LOVE the bathroom sink!! I am going to look for one for my house. Overall, a very nice condo. The kitchen blinds, which were up when I arrived, would not go down. I didn't want to damage them, so I left them as they were. That felt a little creepy at night. This condo is off the beaten path and a lot farther from Tobacco Bay than I planned, so you'll need a taxi, scooter or friend to ferry you back and forth. And there's no TV in the bedroom. "
"Beautiful view, great location and clean. Bed was very low but comfortable enough. Only complaint would be that we did not have enough towels, washcloths, or toilet paper. We were given 4 towels and washcloths for 2 people for 7 days. We did call and they gave us another 4 towels but no new wash cloths. We also call for more toilet paper and received it 2 days later. Only improvement would be to give more towels and washcloths than 4 for 7 days and an extra roll of toliet paper. We did call for these additions and "
"We cannot wait to return. We didn’t even wanna go to the wedding that we were there for because we enjoyed our host. The recommendations are host gave us the beach probably the only negative thing we could say is we didn’t understand the coffee pot and would like to have more coffee whenever we wake up because we drink a lot of coffee at the beach, but other than that, this is the only place that we will stay every single time we return and we hope that the host will keep our numbers in their phone so that we can communicate with them and plan our next trip. We plan on going two times a year and this is where we will stay! "
