“Darif's Riad is a serene and comfortable place to make your home base while in Fes. Service is wonderful and friendly. The property is beautiful and has great ambiance. The only negative was I found the breakfast and one dinner I had there to be lacking, I was expecting better.”

“We enjoyed two nights (29-30 March 2024). The Riad is super clean. Our superior suite on the top floor with three beautiful large windows and a very comfortable king size bed was spacious. The bathroom and large shower was also spacious with towels, a hand wash cloth and bathrobes. There is a nice roomy area with two chairs to enjoy some relaxing time. The breakfast was excellent. “After traveling thru Morocco for two weeks, I can easily endorse this Riad as my favorite. Stayed in 5 others and this is by far my favorite. Lovely helpful staff, rooms well cared for, staff helpful in all ways, and the main courtyard is beautiful, peaceful and a lovely setting for a rest and a fabulous nutritious breakfast. “Despite initial difficulty finding the place at the first time, the overall experience staying here was great. Ahmed proactively contacted me via WhatsApp and provided useful instructions. His entire family was welcoming and when his Mother learned that I couldn't stay for breakfast, she offered to cook me dinner. That was best couscous I’ve ever tried in my life. Amazing hospitality, clean and safe place to stay while in Fes. Certainly recommended to others. ”

“Great location inside the old city (Médina). Staff was solicitous and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Note: I booked with a card, but they wanted payment in cash. It wasn’t a big deal to me, but just be aware. My son and I spent New Year’s Eve there, and we had a great visit.”

“Ensemble de 2 maisons avec 2 piscines. Beaux salons marocains. Grande chambre mais manque de rangements ( pas de placard ni de commode ). Petite salle de bain sans aucun rangement. Personnel gentil . Par contre gros soucis niveau restauration ( grosse attente pour manger malgré 1 commande faite dans l'après-midi). 1h d'attente pour 4 cocas. Couscous très bon. Riad bord de route mais les chambres donnant sur jardin très calmes.”

“This charming and authentic Riad is in a great location to explore Fes. Stairs to second and third floor are narrow and a bit tricky to navigate if you are older. The rooms are comfortable each with its own HVAC unit. Would highly recommend dining at Cafe Clock and taking a cooking lesson there with Chef Souad.”

“Merveilleux ! Un réel havre de paix, la vue et l’emplacement sont à couper le souffle… Nous y avons séjourné avec ma famille nombreuse et tout était parfait. Mustapha nous a très bien accueilli, il s’est montré très disponible tout en restant discret. Il n’y a aucun vis à vis, la piscine est très grande (et nettoyé par Mustapha tous les matins) et même si nous étions nombreux, la villa est tellement grande que nous n’étions pas à l’étroit.
