“「朝食付き」は、嘘です。 チェックイン時に、朝食について尋ねると、「オーナーがいないのでわからない」。３日間滞在しましたが、一度も朝食が出て来ることはありませんでした。近くに食べるところはあるものの、朝からやってるお店はほとんどなく、昼のお店が開く時間まで空腹を耐えなければなりません。 スタッフはいるものの、昼過ぎまでいません。いても、大きなヘッドフォンをして一日中ゲームしてます。また、Wi-Fiは繋がりません（笑）モロッコあるあるなのかもしれませんが、サイトに書いてあることは守って欲しいです。 また、宿の清潔感の判断は人によるかと。清掃はしてありますが、なんというか、古い家感あります。あまり、お客さんが来ないのでしょうか…ピカピカという感じではありません。私は耐えれるレベルでした。モロッコ全体がこんな感じなのかはわからないので、日本人感覚での評価になります。”

Anwar and Chantal (the owner) were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bit of a jam, which meant so much to us!! I can’t say enough about the warmth of the hospitality. The rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, and breakfast each morning was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.”

“Please stay away from this property. Horrible staff. He refused to pick us from taxi stand. Whole property was empty. At night the care taker left the property and AC staff working. We called the main number and no body picked up the phone. Tried to find someone and there was no one else. Front door was locked and we could not go out also. Bathroom was smelling and fixture were all loose. We left the property first thing in the morning and booked another hotel. Lost the money but we have to run...

“We loved this place. It was beautiful. the pool was fantastic on a hot day. The staff were always so attentive to our needs. The room was clean and the air conditioning nice. there were some cochroaches in and around the pool every day we were there but none upstairs in our room.”

“We felt welcomed as friends / family at Riad Fez Baraka from start to finish. Absolutely top notch hotel and would stay here again. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the dinner and breakfast are both superb, the room was a palace that is very ornately decorated, and the hammam / massage services are excellent. Very good value for money. Free airport shuttle was a greatly appreciated bonus as well. Can't say enough nice things about this riad and the entire staff. One of the better hotels...
