“Nice spacious room, there was food left in the refrigerator from the previous people. The hours of breakfast and the fitness room and hot tub were not great. Bedroom and bathroom were nice.”

“We liked that the property was within easy walking distance of downtown. The bathroom was very nice with double sinks and a nice hot shower. A few details to improve would be that some burners on the gas stove didn't work. The fan on the microwave would not turn off unless you unplugged it it had an error code s2d2. Also some pans had loose handles. Otherwise it was convenient clean and cozy.”

“The Hideaway was absolutely blissful. We literally spent hours sitting in comfortable chairs and enjoying the views of Widbey Island just across the straight. It was tranquil beyond belief. The accommodations itself were superb, tastefully decorated and comfortable. Communication with the owner was seamless and pleasant. We very much wish to find opportunities to stay at the hideaway in the future--the entire experience was joy incarnate :-).”

“Beautiful lobby. Beautiful view from lobby and one side of the building facing Mt. Baker. Our windows had quite a bit of bird pooh on them and it didn't look like it was fresh. We had to test numerous sockets in the room to find one that would charge an iphone. Surprised that the TV didn't have a wider selection of TV channels although we were not there to watch TV! However, it would have been nice to have had several choices of news stations.”

“La Conner Channel Lodge offers a beautiful riverside location with clean, spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The building is older and shows its age, but it's well maintained. The town itself is extremely quiet, with most places closing by 9 p.m. During my stay, the guests were mostly retirees, so while I appreciated the peaceful setting, I felt a bit out of place.
