“The flat is located 25 minutes from the central square. There's a market around the corner and coffee shop across the street. There was breakfast items for us for the first morning. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. The patio area is very quaint. I highly recommend this place !”

So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

“We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.”

“There were no views of vineyards. It was across from the market. This is 5th floor apartment. It was not clean and you share a bathroom with the host who has all of his stuff there. A constant smell of cigarettes. We left a light on multiple times because of how dark it was in the room. We came back to the light turned off which meant he was in our room. We will not book again. ”
