“Nice property with beautiful and private surroundings. The eclectic decorations from all over the world make it feel like a museum. Jim was a helpful host and easy to get in contact with. We cooked most meals at the house. The kitchen is well equipped. Beds were comfortable.”

“Wonderful place for the perfect getaway! Just like the photos definitely worth every penny. Just have in mind that you are in the woods so the bugs are inevitable but the inside of the place was very clean.Me and my family took advantage of all the amenities from the grill, hot tub, fire place. “This cabin has a beautiful view. We enjoyed spending evenings on the deck watching the sunset. Their was also a nice view from the hot tub. The home was very inviting and decor was beautiful. Having two livingrooms was very nice. Our teenage daughters claimed the entire downstairs and spent a lot of time on the hammock chairs. The owner was very responsive to any questions. We come to Canaan every summer and usually stay in a different cabin each time. This was definitely one of our favorites! ”
