Hotell nära Fifth Third Ballpark

“We really enjoyed our stay the Breakfast was amazing and the costumer service was perfect and friendly”

“The room was clean which is the most important. Had all the extras, like microwave, fridge, etc. Parking was convenient and easily available. Staff was friendly and helpful. One small negative on the room. It had a toilet paper holder that was broken. Still functional by not attached to the wall correctly. Breakfast was adequate but could have some improvement. Some items not available at the time we came in to eat. Overall, a good place to stay for us. Minor issues.”

“It was certainly everything I absolutely needed but the door was extremely difficult on the accessible room for a wheelchair user as well as navigating the hotel itself”

“Had a king size room, only 3 small thin pillows. Requested more, my wife and i were headed out for the evening. Guy at the desk said he would let housekeeping know, said I could pick them up at the desk when we returned. No pillows at the desk, the new desk person would not accommodate with more pillows. Said best he could do was the next morning, we would be checking out. Terrible customer service!!! Heater/air conditioner would not stay running. We will not be back!!! We will get the word out...

“Excellent place to stay and very convenient for all local amenities. Thank you Country Inns hope to see you next year.”

“TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom.”
