“Väldigt trevligt hotell med fräsch och modernt rum. God frukost där man fick beställa en huvudrätt var, vilket var väldigt bra. Hotellägaren var jättetrevlig, och läget var toppen.”

“Great place to stay. The manager (or owner, I am not sure) was very helpful and accomodating, pointing us to the best places to visit/park in Florence city. There were great breakfast options on site and the rooms are very clean despite not being a 5-star hotel. Thank you for hosting us during our 1-night stay in Florence!”

“We had a good stay in the hotel. It is simple but it does the job well. It is in an area less touristic but is not far from the train station and the Duomo for example (15min walk to both). There are plenty of restaurants in the area. A few things could be improved. The thickness of the door for example. We can hear what people say in the corridor. “We loved the Cosy House. The owner Vincent welcomed us when we arrived and very helpful. The place is nice as the pictures shown the site. The rooms were clean and well maintained and appropriately equipped. There is a small kitchen you can use, free coffee and Vincent leaves you a few treats each day. The location is great as it's close many dining options and is a short 10min walk to the Santa Maria Cathedral. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Manager was very helpful in directing us to dinner and making sure we had a taxi for an early flight. I thought we would have a shuttle to the airport but instead we had the taxi that was very expensive. Not sure what happened here, but the manager/owner was very nice”
