“I would of given this hotel a 5 star review but there was an ant problem in my room. I must of killed 8+ ants- on the wall, ON THE BEDBOARD and bedroom shower. When I called I was told someone would be right up. 30 minutes later I had to call again because I found another on in the bathroom I could not reached. I asked to move rooms but was told there was no more rooms available.

“Very clean, nice location. Rooms were big and bathroom was really a nice size. Windows opened in the room and the bathroom, which I liked. Close to downtown Ithaca and restaurants. Spa was great! Outside property looks a bit dated. Could use some sprucing up, maybe some flowers and new plants but overall very nice. Would definitely return. ”

“Room is very dirty dirt and debris in the corner of the bathroom there’s black mold in the shower. The refrigerator was disgusting. The swimming pool was dirty. Would not stay there again.”

“We took the kids for the weekend and it was a little get-a-way. We didn't have to leave the property, everything is right there. The water park was great. The water was actually warm. The hot tub was amazing. The outdoor pool was too cold to get into for me. The kids got in. There's not a lot of vegan options onsite, but it's manageable. Everything costs extra thought so be prepared to pay for arcade, water park fee etc.”
