“We visited Garden City for the Bear Bear Lake Trifecta and did not want to rent a large townhome. This house was the perfect size. The insides are immaculate and well appointed, the beds are nice to sleep in, the washing machines are huge. All the sofas are great. Everything works great. It’s clean. It’s wonderful and on top of that, the price is fantastic. You will be glad you stayed here.”

11. A great spot for your next vacation!

“The host gets a poor rating due to the multiple safety issues. The property is manufactured home. Has the 4x4 concert steps to enter the house only and with no safety rails. Also on the last step the water spigot is sticking out into the step about 8 inches creating a trip hazard. The garden hose was not put away and laying in front of the steps. In the main space the floor molding that covers the two halves of the house is lifted up creating another trip hazard. We had to put a chair...

14. Perfect location in Bear Lake

Garden City

“Overall this was a good place to stay. Interior matches pictures, but we wish there would have been pictures of the exterior. We had a boat with us and the houses are so close together with minimal parking, so it made it difficult for us. Didn’t love the placement of the hot tub as it provided no privacy from neighbors so we didn’t even use it. There were also some used water bottles left on the counter when we arrived, as well as crumbs and whole crackers on the floor in the living room....

“We were disappointed with our stay, especially given the price and the amenities advertised. The hot tub was the main reason we booked this property, but it was not working when we arrived. The owner did send someone to repair it, which we appreciated, but it took two days before it was heated and usable. During the repair, the maintenance person replaced the water because it was very murky and disgusting, so we were only able to use the hot tub for one of our three nights. We knew the house did...
