“Good communication from the host and they responded quickly to resolve an issue we had with the bedding, which we appreciated. The place is well-priced and in a convenient, central location. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the lounge didn’t work effectively, and the jacuzzi developed an unpleasant smell by the second day of use. “It was a lovely place for the groom’s extended family to stay for his wedding. The groomsmen used the master bedroom as their area to dress, which was perfect for them. The beautiful red autumn tree at the front was a gorgeous backdrop for many photos. The bedrooms and bed configuration was just right for our family. The house had everything you could ever need for such a stay. I’d recommend it!”

“Great location and plenty of room for families”

“Fabulous house, spacious, great garden surrounds and very relaxing for our grown up family with young children. The two young families were able to comfortably fit into the two ensuite bedrooms at either end of the house and the two other bedrooms in the middle were fine with separate bathroom for grandparents and single adult. Plenty to do in the Moss Vale to Bowral district so great stay for a few days or longer. Only issue was the hassle getting in waiting to get in with access code...

“Absolutely loved this unit,so beautifully decorated and just a wonderful space for our family of 5. Well equipped with everything we needed for a week long stay. Conveniently located for the sports carnival we were attending. Agents very responsive to issue with keys that we had on check in. ”

“1) The gas stove in the kitchen wasn’t working at all except the smallest one on the front left. We reported it to someone while preparing for dinner but no one called us back throughout the stay. 2) The basin in the middle bathroom was clogged and we couldn’t find anything to fix it. 3) Couldn’t use the DVD player at all.”
