In the sleeping area, you'll find the main bathroom, which is very bright with a sea view and equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and bidet, and small appliances (hair dryer, ironing board, and iron).

The living room, which is the heart of the apartment, is very large and bright. It includes a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a Smart TV, a large solid wood table seating 6/12, hot/cold air conditioning, and a guest bathroom with all necessary fixtures. The living room provides direct access to the private courtyard where you can organize candlelit aperitifs or barbecues in complete relaxation.

The convenient kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, a large 5-burner stovetop and oven, a dishwasher, and a double sink. All essential utensils are provided. The kitchen offers direct access to the sea-view terrace, furnished with an outdoor table and chairs for al fresco lunches or dinners where you can enjoy the scent of the sea and views of the Tyrrhenian Sea.

All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito nets.

You will find towels in 3 different sizes, blankets for the winter season, memory foam pillows, sheets, comforters, and extra blankets available.

There are several free parking spaces available on the street.
